Green Tea-Start your morning with green Tea it will be of greater benefit to you, if you get milk tea please stay away from it, you will feel fresh from drinking green tea it is best for your skin and health

Onion –

Add the onion in the salad to your food, it helps in keeping the face clean and also removes stains.

Walk in the morning-

You will feel refreshed throughout the day with a walk in the morning and this will make your skin even better.

Work on a computer –

If you work on a computer all day, after every 2 to 3 hours, you can walk away or sit down and close your eyes, it will comfort you and you will feel fresh.

Face pack –

Put a face pack daily for 10 minutes before bathing, which is better for you, This will remove the dead cells of your skin and you will get glow in the face, If you are in a hurry then you can also use raw milk or lemon juice, it will make the skin soft and fair.

Only eat healthy food, it will be good for both healthy and skin. avoid oily spices, and junk food.

Remove makeup –

Remove makeup before sleeping at night, for that you can use Rose water, coconut oil or lemon juice it can be used as a natural toner, this is best for skin.

Lemon water –

Drink lemon water daily, it is better for both your health and skin, and you will be able to do it, it is beneficial for constipation, stress, gums problem and skin.
