Summer special: Make Pistachio Kulfi for Kids

In summer children or adults both are like ice cream. But buying ice cream from the market will have to mess with the health of the children. That is why today we will tell you the recipe of Pistachio Kulfi at home, which will not compromise with your children’s health.


Full cream 1 liter milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp sauce
4-5 Cardamom
2 tablespoon almonds
1/4 tsp sauce
8 Kulfi Molds

How to make-

First, take milk in a large pan and then keep it running slowly on medium-medium flame.
Now when the milk is half, slow down the flame. Then in 30 to 40 minutes the milk will thicken.

Now when the milk is fully cooked, it will look like a thick cream and bubbles will start to appear in the middle of the pan.
Now add saffron and sugar, then after a boil, cook it for 1 minute or 2 minutes. Then add cardamom and then close the flame.

Now when it cools down, put some nuts in it and then save some for garnishing.
Now mix it well and turn it into the molds. Then put it in the fridge for cooling.

Now take out the molds from the fridge and put the kulfi in the serving bowl with the help of a knife.
Now serve kulfi garnish with work and nuts.
