Ingredients of Masala Dosa Recipe-
1 cup basmati rice
1/4 cup gram dal
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups of water
3/4 cup urad dal
1/4 cup tur dal
1/4 cup grated rice
3 tsp salt
1/4 cup refined oil
How to amke Masala Dosa-
To make masala dosa first, soak rice and lentils, fenugreek seeds, poha in water for overnight.
Take out the water the next morning. After this, grind all the ingredients together with the help of water.
Initially, grind the material into a thick batter. Then gradually make this mixture a finely paste with the help of water.
Now cover this paste (for 12 to 16 hours overnight).
After this mix the salt and sugar in the batter. If you feel your batter is thick, mix some water to make the batter smooth.
If you want to make your dosa a bit spicy then add little red chilli powder and salt in the batter and mix well.
Now, heat a pan or pan, put some oil on it and wipe it with towel paper. then spread the mixture into circular motion and always Keep in mind that dosa should be made as a thin and crispy layer .
When the dosa becomes brown, then add a spoonful red sauce and spread evenly over the dosa.
Then add stuffing of a spoonful spicy potato and wrap it inside a crispy layer. Serve warmly with sambhar and coconut chutney.
