Ingredients to make Raw Banana Tikki:
- 6 raw bananas
- 2 tsp buckwheat flour
- 4 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sesame
- rock salt as per taste
- oil for frying

How to make Raw Banana Tikki:
- To make Raw Banana Tikki, first heat a pan on medium flame by adding water.
- As soon as the water becomes hot, add raw bananas and bring them to a boil.
- Boil the banana till it becomes soft.
- When the banana boils, take it out of the water and cool it. Peel it off and mash it.
- In a bowl add green chili, black pepper powder, buckwheat flour, lemon juice, coriander powder and garam masala along with banana and mix it well.
- Now take a small ball from this mixture and give it the shape of a tikki by pressing it lightly.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
- As soon as the oil is hot, fry the tikkis on both the sides till golden brown.
- When all the tikkis are fried, turn off the flame.
- Serve the prepared raw banana tikki with green chutney.
