One cup rice
One cup curd
2 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste according to taste
1/4 teaspoon soda
Finely chopped green chillies
One fourth spoon ginger paste
One teaspoon sugar
5-7 Curry leaves
Method of making Dhokla from fast rice rice-
Grind rice vow of rice in a mixer. Now add curd and one spoon of oil. After this add the fastened salt and some sugar. Cover this paste for half an hour. After this mix coriander leaves, ginger paste, green chilies and soda. Make a mix while running the mix.
Mixture is ready to make Dhokla. Now put the solution in the sticker and cook it on steam. Steam for 10-15 minutes. Apply cooling curry leaves when cold. Now cut it into square shapes. You can serve it with sauce.
