Milk – 1 liter
Makhana – ¼ cup
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Pistachios – 2 tsp finely chopped
Almond – 2 tsp finely chopped
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Makhane kheer recipe –
Find it in a thick bottom vessel and keep boiling.
Cut the makhanas finely and put them in milk.
Let it boil for 1-2 hours in a low flame.
When the dough becomes thick and half the quantity remains, add sugar to it.
Let it cook for a while and then add all the nuts, cardamom powder in it.
Turn off the gas, let it cool, then serve.
