Make Mango papad with these simple tips at home

People like things like tamarind, mango papad, but are afraid to buy from the market so that there will not be any difference in health. If you buy Papad from the market and you like it very much, then today we will tell you the recipe to make your favorite mango papad at home.


1 kg mango
1/4 cup sugar
5-6 N (black pepper)
4 nos small cardamom
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1/2 tsp ghee

How to make-

First wash the mango and peel the pulp and take it out in a bowl.

Add black pepper and cardamom separately to fine granules. After this, add the mango pieces and sugars in the mixer and grind them finely.

Put a solution of mango on a frying pan and cook on medium and cook on medium flame. Add black pepper powder, small cardamom powder and black salt as well.

When the mango juice starts boiling, stir it with a spoon and cook for about 10 minutes or till pulp becomes thick. After this, turn off the gas.

Now grease it in a flat plate and grease it. After that, put mango solution in the plate and spread it equal with the help of spoon.

Now put the plate to dry in the sun. When sunlight is fast, mangoes are usually dried in one day. If the papad does not dry in one day, then after covering the sun cover the mango plate and keep it in the kitchen and keep it in the sun again the following day.

Remove the papad of dried mango from the plate (after drying completely, the papad leaves easily) and cut it with a knife in the desired shape. If you want it, use it immediately or keep it in a dry glass of glass and use it for one month.
