This analysis of the SRL data has made it clear that there can be many serious problems in the long term due to the shortage of Vitamin A, C, B-1, B-6, B-12 and Folate.

It has come out from the analysis of SRL that vitamin deficiency is among the highest North Indian population in comparison to other parts of the country. This data is based on the investigation of samples of more than 9.5 lakhs in SRL Labs of 29 States and Federal Territories across India between 2015 and 2018.

The problem of vitamin C, B-1, B-2, B-12 and lack of folic acid in all four areas of India is in the people of 31 to 45 years. It is possible that it is possible to take some food or eat fast food or take fast food in snacks. Apart from this, due to lack of nutritious fruits and vegetables in daily diet, the situation worsens.
