Ginger is also beneficial in knee and back pain. Ginger contains gingerol which in addition to joint pain helps to reduce muscle strain. Drinking ginger juice daily can relieve pain. Drink one lemon and half a teaspoon of honey in this juice. Massaging the affected part of knees and waist with ginger oil will also provide relief.
