The neck is a complex structure and body of many types of mobility, so it is very important to remain healthy. When there is pain in the neck, it becomes difficult to rotate around it and it also becomes difficult to do the normal work of our day.
There can be several causes of pain in the neck. The main reasons for this are:
Working on the desk for a long time without braking, sleeping in the wrong position, and having a jerk or jerk in the neck due to exercise or any other reason.
Put a piece of ice in a plastic bag and break it. Now wrap this bag in a thin towel. Then keep it on your neck for 15 to 20 minutes. Do this treatment every 2-3 hours.
Note – Do not apply ice directly to the skin.
Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory agent that increases blood circulation and helps in getting the blood as needed in the painful part. This helps in reducing pain and inflammation.
Soak a napkin in apple vinegar. Now place it in the neck pain part. keep it for at least two hours. Do this treatment twice daily. Alternatively, mix two cups of apple vinegar in a hot water bath tub. Now immerse your body with your neck for at least 15 minutes. Do this everyday until your pain is completely cured.
Mix one teaspoon turmeric in a glass of milk.Now heat it for 5 minutes in a light flame. Now add a little honey and keep it for cooling. And then take it. Take this intake twice daily until the pain is completely cured.
Rock salt bath-
Mix two cups of rock salt in a hot water tub. Now keep your whole body dipped in the mouth for 15-20. Keep in mind your neck should also be submerged in water. Do this everyday until your neck pain is completely cured.
Note –If you have any heart problem, high blood pressure or diabetes, do not use it.
First take a hot bath so that the painful muscles of the neck get relief.
Now apply lavender oil on your neck and shoulders. Then slowly massage in the circular motion. Do this for at least 10 minutes. Do this treatment daily as required.
