4 cups Gourd
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp raisin
1 cup milk
1/2 cup ghee
1 tsp chironji
Boil grated gourd and milk in a heavy bottom pan. Slow down the flame and let it cook until well melted. Mix sugar and ghee and let it cook until it leaves ghee. Keep cooking continuously while baking, so that it does not burn, do not burn it. Add raisins and chironji and mix thoroughly.
