Diarrhea occurs when the digestive system does not function properly, which results in a lot of rapid and frequent defecation.

Causes of diarrhea-
Viral Infection, Bacterial Infection, Contaminated Food or Water Consumption, Depression, Anxiety and Intestinal Problems like Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn’s Disease, and Ulcerative Colitis.
Do not let water shortage-
If you have diarrhea, first of all, keep in mind that there is no water shortage in the body. Periodically drink ORS solution. Drink lemonade. Drink a pinch of salt and a little sugar in a glass of water and drink it again and again. This will not lead to dehydration of the body. Drink a cleanly fruit juice. Do not drink or forget the juice sold in the market. Eat fluids, but avoid things made from milk.
Banana meals are also advisable in diarrhea’s home remedies, because there is a large amount of pectin content. Pectin is a water-soluble fiber that absorbs excess water from the stool and makes it thick.
Plus, potassium is also high in banana. Potassium is an electrolyte that helps in many important functions of the body.
Eat two or three ripe bananas per day until your diarrhea is completely cured.

Take 500 grams of carrot and peel ,and add two cups of water and heat it after adding it in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.Then filter the water and separate it, add salt to taste and eat it according to the taste. Do it daily for a few days.
Mentilage content is found in methi which helps in greatly improving diarrhea. At the same time, it also helps to thicken the stool, which gives relief in the problem of frequent fast pressure.
