Get Fresh and Glowing Skin, Follow these 14 Tips

1) Drink turmeric milk while sleeping at night. This will nourish the body and shine the skin.

3) Reduce intake of hot things.
4) Focus on drinking more than eating in the day. Include juice in the diet
5) Increase intake of fruits. Eat water for fruits.
6) Make sure to put fruit mask on face. This will shine in the skin.

8) Wear loose clothes. Prefer Cotton Clothing.
