Fig leaves-

Fig leaves are considered beneficial in diabetes for a long time, due to its low intake of insulin in the body, it is useful to consume an empty stomach daily. Another way is to boil it in the morning and drink it like tea.


Eat 5-30 grams of fenugreek in the daily meal, but keep in mind that it does not exceed 90 grams, do not eat any kind of medicines immediately after consuming it, some time before and after consuming it Do not take Madison too.

Aloe Vera-

Aloe Vera is also very beneficial for sugar control. After consuming it, sugar is regulated in no time. For this, keep the aloe vera leaves to soak 1 glass overnight. The next morning empty stomach consumed this water. If you want to drink aloe vera leaves, you can also consume its juice.

Grapes Juice –

You can consume grapes juice or it also contains 50-100 mg of capsules. It keeps your digestion cells right and makes you healthy. If you are consuming capsules, keep in mind that its volume does not exceed 300 grams.
