- Make 1 cup basmati rice purely cooked
- Close cabbage – 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Carrot – ½ cup (finely chopped)
- Fresh bins – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
- Paneer – ½ cup (cut into small square pieces)
- Capsicum – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
- Green Coriander – 2 table spoons (finely chopped)
- Oil – 2-4 tablespoons
- Green Chilli – 2 (Finely Chopped)
- Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste
- Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
- Azinoomoto- ¼ teaspoon (if you wish)
- Green Chilli Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
- Soya sauce – 2 teaspoons
- vinegar – 2 teaspoons
Method – How to Make Chinese Veg Fried Rice-
Heat oil in a pan, heat the oil, add the pieces of cheese to the pan and fry them on both sides till they become light brown.Fry carrot, beans, capsicum, leaf cabbage in the oil and fry it on 1-2 minutes high flame. Mix well by adding green chilies, ginger, green chilli sauce, ajino moto, soy sauce, vinegar, paneer pieces. Add salt and rice and cook all the pieces continuously for 2 minutes and stir well. After getting the rice in the vegetables properly, add a little bit of coriander and mix it. Chinese Fried Rice is ready. Garnish the Chinese Fried Rice in the plate and garnish it with every coriander and serve it.
If you like onions, then after adding vegetables to hot oil, first remove 1 onion, cut into tall and thin pieces, fry it and then mix it with rice. Rice garnis can be done with green onions.
