When the discharge of insulin is reduced in the pancreas of our body, the level of glucose in blood increases more than usual then that condition is called diabetes., The patient of diabetes has to face many problems besides fatigue and thirst. Effective Home Remedies-

Basil leaves-
Basil leaves contain anti-oxidant properties. Apart from this, basil leaves provide the power to fight against many diseases. If you wake up in the morning and leave empty stomach three to four basil leaves, then the sugar remains in control.

Jamun seeds

People suffering from sugar should eat berries, it is the best result for them. Eat jamuns and dry them in the kernels and grind them and make them powder. In the morning, take this powder with empty stomach hot water.

Fenugreek seeds and Triphala powder-

Make the powder of fenugreek seeds and add the equal quantity of Triphala powder in it. Put a spoonful of fenugreek powder and one teaspoon triphala powder in a glass of water before sleeping. Now wake up in the morning and drink this water and note that water is not filtered. Drink water with powder. Sugar will be completely cured in three months.

Neem leaves

Neem leaves are helpful in the formation of insulin in the body and do not allow diabetes to grow. By chewing stomach fresh neem leaves everyday, there is benefit in sugar and whether you take juice of neem leaves and drink one to two spoons of juice daily.

Aloe Vera juice
