Delicious Punjabi chicken masala

Cooking time – 30 minutes
Material-
- Chicken- 500gm
- Onion-4
- Tomato-4
- Red Chilli Powder- 1 Tablespoon
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 Tablespoons
- Black pepper – 5 grams
- Turmeric Powder- 1 Tablespoon
- Cardamom – 4
- Cinnamon-1
- Cumin seeds – 1 spoon
- salt to taste
- Mustard Oil – 3 Tablespoons
- Water – 1 cup
- Ingredients for Punjabi Garam Masala –
- Whole Coriander – 2 Tablespoons
- Cinnamon-1
- Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoons
- Asafoetida
- Whole black pepper – 2 teaspoons
- Sharp address- 2
Method-
First of all, mix the Punjabi Masala in a mixer and prepare it after grinding.
Then wash the chicken grind well and add oil to the pan and heat it.
When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, cinnamon and cardamom in it and fry it.
Then add onion and cook till it becomes brown.
Then add garlic, ginger paste, and when it is cooked, add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, grate black pepper and roast for 5 minutes.
Now you can put chicken piece. After that mix the salt and then the prepared hot masala.
Add water after a while and stop the lid of the pan and cook on low flame till about 20 minutes.Turn off the flame if the grinders mix well.
Then serve it with bread or rice.
