Butter Chicken Masala Recipe

For five people

Material :

For gravy :
1 onion finely chopped,
one cup of tomato puree,
2 tablespoons butter,
1 tablespoon oil,
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,
1 teaspoon red chilli powder,
1 teaspoon garam masala.
1 small spoon cumin
1Teaspot, half curd and
salt according to taste

For Chicken:
1 Kilogram boneless chicken,
1 Tablespoon oil,
1 Teaspoon garam masala,
1 pinch of pepper,
1 tablespoon corn flour
Quarter cup water.

Recipe :

For gravy:

Heat oil in a pan and insert a sharp address and cumin. Then add finely chopped onions and cook until onions turn golden brown. Then put butter, ginger-garlic paste, hot. Add salt and red chilli powder, cook for one minute. Now add tomatoes puree, salt and some water to it. Cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes, cook it separately.

For chicken:

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken pieces and fry until light brown. Now add hot masala and black pepper. After this, add 6-7 teaspoon of sauce and cook until it leaves. Now close the flame.

For Butter Chicken Masala:

Put these fried chicken pieces in the gravy and mix well, then cover with lid and cook it for 5-10 minutes. Finally garnish with green coriander and close the flame. Now roast it with roasted bread or rice.
