These are very low in carbohydrates and calories but fiber is abundant. These vegetables can be consumed without much calorie consumption, because of which you will not feel the need to eat more and it will be easier to reduce obesity.

Salmon-

If you take non-vegetarian food then Salmon Fish is a great option for you. They contain high quality proteins, healthy fats and all essential nutrients. Iodine is also rich in these, which keeps the levels of thyroid in the body right, so that the metabolism remains fine.
