1-Drink less water

2-Use of soap-

Some people wash it with soap repeatedly to get the face clean, which makes the face appear gradually. Therefore, make minimal use of soap on the face. Use facial face, face pack or multani clay to remove dirt from the face.

3-Consumption of junk food-

If you want to make skin glowing, do not eat junk food and oily items. Eat more fruits and vegetables in the diet. In a few months, your skin will glow.

4-Not having full sleep-

A person should sleep at least 6 to 8 hours daily. If you take less sleep then your eyes get stained on the dark circle and face. If you want to get relief from these problems, sleep for 6 to 8 hours a day.
